I'm looking for customer experience, travel operations, or coordination work where I can solve complex issues, support international clients, manage logistics, and use multilingual, cross-cultural communication.

I’m a customer experience and travel professional with international experience across customer support, tourism, operations, and cultural projects. I have worked as a Tour Leader with Intrepid Travel and San Blas Adventures, coordinating groups, managing logistics, solving problems, and creating positive experiences for travelers from different backgrounds.

More recently, I’ve worked in customer support, developing strong skills in client communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and remote collaboration. I’m particularly interested in roles where I can combine customer experience, travel, operations, and international communication. I speak Portuguese, English, and Spanish and enjoy working in multicultural environments where adaptability and attention to detail are essential.
