What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Support and Communications Specialist who helps customers feel heard while driving fast, accurate outcomes. I bring strong customer engagement, issue resolution, and high-volume communication—especially through written workflows. I stay dependable, organized, and empathetic across remote environments and fast-paced team needs.
In my Customer Support / Sales Associate role, I assisted customers with inquiries and provided clear explanations of products and services.
