What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can support employee experience, HR operations, project coordination, or user-centered product design while improving processes, collaborating across teams, and growing with new tools and responsibilities.

I've supported employee experience and HCM operations at ipNX Nigeria Limited, leading onboarding for 50+ employees, managing 100+ MyHR helpdesk queries, and maintaining a 24-hour response time.

I also support benefits administration, HR dashboards, internal communications, wellness initiatives, and confidential employee records with accuracy and discretion.

At Genesys Learnable, I led ideation, design execution, and coordination for the Gbese App, Mendly, and F.A.Consulting product prototypes. I worked with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to turn user needs and business requirements into practical digital experiences.

My background also includes UX research, wireframing, journey mapping, brand strategy, consumer research, and cross-functional project coordination. I bring process thinking, clear communication, and a user-centered approach to both people operations and product design.
