Victor Emefo
@victoremefo
I design scalable enterprise, marketplace, and AI-powered products people rely on.
NigeriaWhat I'm looking for
I've led end-to-end product design for Belfor Tech Consultants' OntapHRMS, a multi-tenant HR and workforce management platform. As the founding product designer, I designed 300+ enterprise web and native mobile screens and built scalable workflows for payroll, attendance, leave, performance, onboarding, financial requests, reporting, and employee self-service.
I also led PetroPal's mobile marketplace and admin dashboard for the energy ecosystem, shaping user and admin workflows for discovery, moderation, reporting, analytics, ads, events, and industry news. I work closely with engineers, product managers, stakeholders, HR teams, and executives to turn complex business operations into intuitive, production-ready experiences.
My work spans healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, and AI-powered products, including Sypher's predictive health and wellness experience. I bring research, design systems, information architecture, prototyping, and strategic thinking from discovery through delivery.
