At Interswitch Group, I support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and administrative processes that help create an efficient employee experience.

I've coordinated end-to-end onboarding for 100+ new hires, including documentation, orientation logistics, and onboarding communications. I also schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain complete, organized employee records and personnel files.

I supported employee engagement initiatives including the year-end celebration, vendor sourcing, event logistics, and the Christmas raffle draw process.

Previously, I provided administrative support at the University of Lagos, coordinated official correspondence, maintained filing systems, and handled student enquiries professionally. I bring strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail to HR and administrative work.
