What I'm looking for

I want to design user-centric products where research and data drive decisions. I’m excited to deliver MVPs quickly using AI-assisted methods, collaborate cross-functionally, and turn user trust and friction into measurable retention outcomes.

I’m a Product Designer with a technical foundation in Computer Science and an extensive background in customer experience. I recently completed intensive training in AI-Assisted MVP Development and user-centric design.

I translate user pain points into high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and scalable design solutions—using data-driven insights to drive product strategy and user retention. In my featured work, BuildBridge, I shaped an end-to-end platform by identifying trust barriers and designing user flows for donor and artisan personas.

I’m hands-on with research and iteration: I conduct user interviews, run customer experience surveys, map user journeys, and turn findings into actionable recommendations. Through cross-functional collaboration, I document user behavior metrics and operational issues to bridge customer needs with technical delivery.
