I’m a People Operations and Operations professional with experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, talent management, employee engagement, and project coordination.
My work involves organizing people-related processes, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining documentation, improving workflows, and helping projects move from planning to execution. I have worked with distributed teams across different regions, managed recruitment workflows involving employers across the MENA region, and coordinated HR activities within a workforce of 150+ employees.
Beyond HR, I have experience developing standard operating procedures, tracking project progress, preparing reports, conducting market research, and coordinating program delivery. Through my work with an early-stage venture, I have also helped establish foundational people processes and coordinated a five-day AI bootcamp for teenagers.
