I've delivered IT infrastructure, network security, data centre, and automation projects for organizations including Wipro, Sara Infonet, Paragon Digital Lifestyle, and Pragmatic Global.

Across 20+ years, I've designed and implemented server infrastructure, VPN connectivity, WANs, IP telephony, structured cabling, Oracle database servers, and network operations for banking, telecom, retail, government, and enterprise clients. My project work includes BSNL, Reliance Telecom, Kotak Securities, HDFC Bank, Syndicate Bank, New India Assurance, ICICI Bank, and Ranbaxy Laboratories.

I've led infrastructure planning, technology implementation, migration, service delivery, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, SLA adherence, and ITIL-based escalation processes. I also manage operational and capital costs while working closely with business units, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.

I'm an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CCNA, and Sun Certified System Administrator who enjoys coaching teams and solving client problems through reliable technology delivery.
