What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an apprenticeship where I can apply my SolidWorks/CAD skills in a more hands-on way, keep learning new skills, and build experience across multiple fields while working toward a degree.

I’m a design engineer who’s driven by customer satisfaction and a strong desire to keep learning through hands-on experience. I’m a quick learner, highly motivated, and I enjoy working with people—whether in the workplace or supporting others to make things easier.

In my current role at Trucksmith, my day-to-day is spent on CAD in SolidWorks, designing and creating vehicle parts (mainly trucks). I focus on the small details that ensure assemblies are correct and fit together well, and I constantly cooperate with mechanics and technicians to incorporate their ideas and solve issues efficiently.

Before this, I built a solid customer-facing foundation through retail and sales experience, including customer interaction, till operation, and advertising/selling with a focus on both satisfaction and sales targets. Alongside that, I’ve developed an intermediate understanding of CAD and general engineering principles, and I’m now seeking an apprenticeship to put my skills to the test and work toward further qualifications.
