What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a part-time CAD, junior design, CAD technician or design assistant opportunity alongside university, where I can contribute creative, careful and accurate design work while developing in a professional design or engineering environment.

I'm studying BA Product Design at Middlesex University, building practical capability in CAD, design development, materials, manufacturing and product development.

Through my completed BTEC Level 3 Engineering qualification at Croydon College, I've produced technical drawings and design work using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. I've developed concepts, communicated design ideas and gained hands-on experience with CNC machinery, drills and workshop safety procedures.

I'm also building introductory programming and electronics knowledge through Arduino, Python and basic microcontroller projects. I bring careful, accurate work, attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a professional design or engineering environment.

My experience as a teaching assistant, crew member and youth support worker has strengthened my communication, teamwork, reliability and ability to stay organised under pressure.
