I recently completed an NVQ Level 3 in IT Practioners and I’m looking to start a career in IT. I bring a methodical, practical approach, strong numeracy, and a keen scientific interest that keeps me improving.
I handle real-world problem solving through my customer-facing work, where I dealt with queries, uncomfortable situations, and strict deadlines. I’m comfortable taking initiative, managing my time effectively, and communicating clearly—skills developed through presentations and written work at college.
I’m especially strong in database management, including creating complex databases in Microsoft Excel and Access. My goal is to become a fully-qualified and experienced IT engineer, with a longer-term aspiration to move into project management.
