Tobias Geissler

I'm currently leading operations for two Berlin shopping centers with more than 100 tenants across retail, gastronomy, and public-sector units. I own multi-million-euro budgets, improve cost structures, and coordinate stakeholders, authorities, partners, and contractors.

I'm also overseeing the live conversion of one property into a hotel, coordinating multiple trades while maintaining day-to-day operations. My work is grounded in KPI performance, strategic planning, and practical process optimization.

Previously, I managed event catering and hospitality operations at Olympic Stadium Berlin, with full P&L responsibility across concerts, sports events, and festivals. I have also directed a 3,300-seat, 19-hall CinemaxX complex, leading staffing, scheduling, performance management, and financial results.

Earlier, I ran HR, operations, and finances for a multi-concept hospitality complex including a restaurant, Burger King franchise, souvenir shop, and IBIS hotel. Across hospitality, entertainment, and real estate, I've built experience leading large teams and high-volume operations for over 20 years.
