What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare technology role where I can optimize EMR workflows, build analytics dashboards, and train clinicians—while partnering with quality and compliance teams to improve patient outcomes.

I’m a Physician Clinical Systems Specialist who helps large physician groups get more done with cleaner workflows, better documentation, and data they can trust. In my current role, I deliver targeted training on Cerner EMR, documentation tools, and advanced query systems to reduce burden while improving reimbursement.

I also build the infrastructure behind better care: I authored and released standardized physician note templates and order sets for telemedicine and surgical service lines. I leverage EMR data extraction and SharePoint analytics to engineer executive dashboards, supporting operational decisions and reducing patient length of stay.

Across compliance and reliability, I lead analytical chart reviews aligned with The Joint Commission (TJC), AHCA, and internal quality measures. I also direct market-wide EMR integration testing for major Oracle code upgrades to safeguard system stability and mitigate critical downtime risk.

Before moving fully into clinical systems, I brought hands-on bedside and surgical support experience as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, a Breast Health Specialist, and a Surgical First-Assist through medical extern roles. That background strengthens how I partner with clinicians, prepare teams for deployments, and tailor informatics education for real-world practice.
