What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving EHR systems, clinical workflows, staff adoption, and billing accuracy while collaborating closely with clinical and IT teams.

I'm currently implementing, configuring, and maintaining EHR systems while partnering with IT and clinical teams to support compliant, reliable healthcare operations. I analyze clinical workflows, execute testing for updates and upgrades, and train staff through user guides and workshops.

At HCA Largo Medical, I collected and managed medical data using Power BI, Billing Dashboard, Symphony Tracker, ORT, and Excel. I supported department rounding and education, maintained EHR dictionaries and configurations, and helped secure over two million dollars annually in missed charges through billing review and reverification.

Previously, I led surgical technology teams at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital, supporting specialty surgical services, equipment management, staff orientation, and training on technologies including the Da Vinci Robot and Stryker equipment.
