What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-moving environment where I can build partnerships and own the full commercial cycle, coordinate programme delivery, and measure outcomes—taking ownership in ambiguity while using AI daily to move faster.

I have spent 9 years working across media, startups, and edtech in Nigeria and across Africa, moving between roles in journalism, operations, business development, and special projects. I started as a technology reporter at Techpoint Africa and also ran event operations for West Africa's largest startup conference series, which shaped how I plan, execute, and deliver under pressure.

At AltSchool Africa since 2022, I built the scholarship programme from the ground up and led special projects spanning market expansion, creator partnerships, platform integrations, and curriculum development. Today, as Business Lead, I run the full commercial BD function—owning the end-to-end commercial cycle from prospecting to account management, supported by a structured CRM and regular leadership reporting.

In 2025, I closed 22 partnerships across fintech, crypto, tech, and enterprise sectors, delivering $171K ARR at 46.8% YoY growth. I work well in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, take ownership of things that do not have a clear home, and use AI daily for research, drafting, analysis, and commercial operations.
