I’m looking to own partnerships end-to-end—strategy through onboarding—partner with cross-functional teams, grow revenue via acquisition, and sustain retention through strong compliance and reliable pipeline management.

I’m a partnerships and business development professional with 8+ years of experience sourcing, negotiating, closing, and managing B2B partnerships across retail, franchising, wellness, and engineering. I build partnership functions from scratch—creating acquisition strategies, partner value propositions, onboarding frameworks, and engagement programmes that drive retention.

My specialty is end-to-end deal management: outbound prospecting, discovery, commercial negotiation, agreement execution, and ongoing partner relationship management. I’m comfortable engaging founders, executives, and senior decision-makers, especially in complex conversations around compliance, data ownership, operational workflows, and mutual value alignment.

Most recently, as Head of Department – Business Development & Partnerships at ORIKI Group, I’ve established the function’s strategy, structure, tooling, and processes, built pipeline dashboards in HubSpot and Zoho CRM, and contributed to a 15% revenue increase through targeted partner acquisition.
