What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Support and Operations professional with hands-on experience in multilingual environments (English, French, and Kinyarwanda). I help customers get the best experience using products and services across chat, email, and phone, with a focus on efficient issue resolution and strong customer experience.
At pawaTech, I’ve acted as a product expert, guided other support agents, and taken ownership in helping the team deliver on customer experience indicators (CXIs). I also amplified the voice of customers to advance business objectives, and I stayed flexible—supporting clients through emails, chats, and calls while working scheduled shifts.
Before that, I built leadership and execution skills as a Director of Studies at Kiziba-Rwanda, where I led and managed the teaching team. I monitored students’ progress, carried out interventions as required, and oversaw the supply of teaching materials through line management of the resource manager.
I’m motivated by international, bilingual customer support work where I can combine communication, problem-solving, and operational discipline. I bring remote work and time management habits, technical tool comfort (Excel and Google Workspace), and the drive to keep improving the support experience.
