What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can support guests and clients, follow security and quality standards, and contribute through team leadership. I want a fast-paced environment that values communication and training.

I’m a responsible and customer-focused professional with experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, and supervision. I’m strong in communication, enjoy working in fastpaced environments, and have assisted international clients by supporting guest needs and helping with account and transaction issues.

Most recently, I worked as a Housekeeping supervisor at Embassy Suites Hotel (nov 2024 till Dec 2025), where I supervised housekeeping staff, ensured cleanliness and quality standards, trained new employees, and managed daily tasks. Previously, I handled room attendance (38 rooms daily for stayover and checkout), supported guest satisfaction and room cleanliness, provided housekeeping services on cruise ships, and delivered clear customer support as a Cash App and Amazon (Call Center) representative, following security and verification procedures.
