I’m an IT Support / Helpdesk professional with experience handling tickets, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end users. I’m skilled in Outlook support and Windows troubleshooting, and I focus on resolving problems quickly and clearly so people can get back to work.
Comfortable using AI tools, I use them to speed up issue resolution, support knowledge base creation, and improve workflows. Alongside my work, I’m pursuing a BE in Computer Engineering and have completed training in cyber security and ethical hacking, which strengthens how I approach safe, reliable support.
