I am an entry-level IT Support / Desktop Support professional pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication. I bring hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows OS, supporting desktop/laptop hardware, and handling service-desk tickets.

During academic labs and self-learning, I practiced system troubleshooting, driver and software installation, and basic network connectivity checks that strengthened my problem-solving and technical fundamentals.

I have completed foundational programs including Cybersecurity Fundamentals (Tata Group), a Software Engineering virtual experience (Accenture), and a Data Analytics job simulation (Deloitte), demonstrating commitment to continuous learning and career readiness.

I am comfortable with WFO and rotational/night shifts, available immediately, and seeking an IT Support role in Bengaluru to gain practical industry exposure and grow within IT infrastructure teams.
