I am a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. Throughout my career, I have excelled in staff management, client relations, business communication, and adherence to Health and Safety regulations. I am eager to take on new challenges and contribute to organizational growth.

In my current role as a Branch Manager at Kauai Kings Park, I have successfully managed floor staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. I have also conducted regular stock takes and managed inventory to optimize supply levels. Additionally, I have implemented and enforced Health and Safety operations to ensure compliance with regulations. I am skilled in administrative tasks, including reporting and record-keeping, and have been responsible for weight recording and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Furthermore, I have managed human resources, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Prior to my role at Kauai, I served as an Area Manager at a Gym Coffee Shop in Durban. In this position, I provided oversight and support to Store Managers, ensuring adherence to company standards. I collaborated with management to optimize store operations and drive business growth.
