What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own customer requests end-to-end—using quality assurance, scheduling, and accurate data entry to support healthcare and customer needs while improving processes.

I’m a customer service and scheduling professional with experience across service request processing, call handling, and quality assurance—focused on getting requests handled accurately, on time, and with clear communication. Most recently, I processed and created work orders from incoming service request emails and managed inbound and outbound calls.

Previously, I worked as a CSR Scheduler/Quality Assurance professional—setting transportation appointments for patients and monitoring Medicare/Medicaid call flows to ensure scripts and information were correct. I’ve also built healthcare and operational strength as a Pharmacy Technician and Monitor Technician, along with call center experience troubleshooting and account support. I bring data-entry precision, documentation review, and comfort working with tools like Epic, EMR Systems, Microsoft Office/Excel, and Google Suite.
