I'm looking for a remote customer operations or administrative role where I can improve scheduling, CRM workflows, data accuracy, and client communication while resolving complex issues.

I'm currently streamlining remote operations and fleet logistics at Saberrunner Limo Service, coordinating multi-vehicle scheduling, reservations, routing, and emergency service adjustments to support 100% on-time delivery.
