At Philips Healthcare, I developed more than 100 technical and compliance courses, using Articulate Storyline, motion graphics, assessments, and interactive practice to support regulated healthcare work.
I worked with subject matter experts and international colleagues to turn complex product and service information into training. I also built reusable approaches to storyboards, media, and course production so teams could update and maintain training more consistently.
Since 2008, I’ve administered learning management systems alongside course development, supporting course delivery, learner records, and system migrations. I participated in planning the 2016 migration to a hybrid Xyleme/Moodle/Totara environment and am participating in planning the 2027 migration to Docebo.
In my independent development projects, I built tools for OJT form creation, narration extraction, and converting assessments for Storyline import. I’m also developing Motion Studio, a workspace for reusable GSAP and HTML5 animation and interaction assets.
