At Douglas County Young Life, I lead the Douglas County area and manage its operating budget, fundraising, and volunteer team. I also use Salesforce reports, dashboards, and campaigns to track donor, student, and volunteer engagement.
At The Retirement Planning Group, I administered Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, covering user access, Flow Builder automation, custom apps, and reporting. I built and maintained integrations with the firm’s SaaS platforms and custodial systems.
I took process improvement projects from build through sandbox testing and deployment, redesigning workflows to reduce manual effort across departments. I also onboarded employees and provided system training and technical support.
Earlier, as a Staff Auditor at the Office of the Missouri State Auditor, I researched prior findings, tested internal controls, and verified compliance with state law. I studied finance at the University of Kansas and have a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification pending, expected November 2026.
