I’m a fraud prevention and payment operations manager focused on round-the-clock crypto P2P payment operations. I built the checks that catch forged payment evidence and designed practical workflows that hold up in real disputes.

In my role as P2P Crypto Operations Manager, I grew an operator team from 6 to 15 to cover three shifts. Monthly request volume went from about 4,200 to 9,000, while daily turnover went from about $30K to $80K, with bonuses tied to KPI performance.

I don’t just document processes—I build tools. I created a payment-verification checker that compares bank statements with transfer receipts to flag discrepancies, and I automate operator efficiency reporting in Google Sheets and Apps Script—dropping payroll calculation from up to 12 hours to about 5 minutes.

I also lead through scale: I wrote SOPs, checklists, and a knowledge base that brought onboarding down to about a week, and I recruited and trained 14 operators. Alongside dispute resolution and exchange-support escalations for about 60 regular clients, I’ve built prototypes like a Bybit API monitor and a Bitget balance-distribution bot so operators can run more accounts with less manual verification.
