At BeGroup, I hired and led a six-person CRM team, scaled automation from zero to 67 active journeys, and implemented platforms including Salesforce, Insider, MoEngage, Airship, and Netcore. Earlier, I owned the Digital Goods and Senpay e-wallet lifecycle at Sendo, growing Digital Goods into the platform's highest-GMV category.

Now I'm building Echolis end to end: an AI reflection product with live users, first-party funnel analytics, loyalty mechanics, privacy controls, and a reliable release cadence.
