What I'm looking for

Reliable remote contract work — customer support, operations, QA/testing, AI evaluation, data, or bilingual English/French roles. Fifteen years in operations (six at director level), native English and French. Over the past year I built and audited production AI systems — 530+ enforced rules, LLM output evaluation, code QA. Based UTC+7, available full-time, invoice as contractor.

Operations and systems professional, native in English and French. I coordinated logistics at Swiss Post, spent six years directing my own events enterprise end to end, and have three years of classroom teaching in Thailand. I'm a Swiss Army NCO with team command experience since 2008.

Over the past year I've built hands-on AI systems: multi-agent tooling, Claude API integrations, and workflow automation with n8n and Make.com. Most of that work is governance and verification — checking that what's documented actually exists and works. In one client audit I found approved specs whose code was never written, then delivered working replacement software in about two days.
