I am a dedicated IT business analyst with a strong background in project management and technical documentation, particularly within the fintech sector. My experience at MVI Technologies has honed my skills in creating functional specifications documents (FSDs), user manuals, and business requirement documents (BRDs) that effectively communicate complex banking solutions to clients. I utilize various modeling techniques such as BPMN and flow diagrams to ensure clarity in solution flows, which has significantly improved project outcomes.

In my previous role as an Operations Systems Support Delivery Engineer at Huawei Technologies, I was responsible for customizing software solutions to meet client needs and providing 24/7 support. This role required me to engage with clients directly and collaborate with teams in China to implement software changes. My internship at PETRONAS further solidified my technical skills, where I contributed to both front-end and back-end development of company portal projects using technologies like Python and JavaScript.
