I've managed commercial shared-workspace operations at Expansive Workspace, supporting more than 100 tenant companies, visitors, and prospective clients.

I coordinate building operations, vendor services, maintenance, repairs, leasing, occupancy, client contracts, collections, deposits, and operating expenses. I also prepare monthly operational and financial reports while maintaining clear communication with tenants, vendors, and management.

Previously, I directed property operations at Eskay Management, supervised staff, administered leases, managed accounts payable, coordinated vendors, and handled delinquency and eviction matters.

My experience also includes leasing, resident retention, inspections, marketing, accounts receivable, customer service supervision, Fair Housing, bookkeeping, and event planning across commercial and residential properties.
