I’m looking for a property management role where I can lead a team, grow occupancy, tighten collections, and deliver accurate budgeting and reporting—while partnering with owners and vendors to keep communities compliant and well maintained.

I manage multifamily communities and drive operational excellence across leasing, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and financial reporting. Overseeing all operations of a 250+ unit apartment community, I supervise teams, schedule vendors, perform payroll, and maintain annual budgets within 3% of guidelines.
