I’m seeking an on-site property manager role at a high-performing multifamily company where I can lead operations, improve resident satisfaction, and drive efficient, compliant processes.

I am a dedicated multifamily property professional with hands-on experience managing operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial reconciliation across large portfolios. I have supported lease-ups, new builds, and stabilized communities while splitting time between office and field environments.

Across roles I’ve led teams, coordinated preventive maintenance, handled delinquency and eviction processes, and produced accurate financial reports including reclass and budget variance. My work has emphasized quality, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements that support high resident satisfaction.
