I'm seeking a Senior Property Manager role where I can lead multifamily or mixed-use operations, improve occupancy and financial performance, oversee budgets and leasing, and develop high-performing teams.

I've managed multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial portfolios for Greystar Real Estate Partners, Edward Rose & Sons, Essential Property Management, Kaftan Communities, Central Transport, and JLL.

At Greystar, I managed a 324-unit lease-up portfolio and supported a $10 million renovation project. At Edward Rose & Sons, I managed a 156-unit residential portfolio, achieved 100% occupancy multiple times, and administered a $700K annual operations budget.

I've led multi-site operations, leasing, budgeting, invoice processing, account reconciliations, vendor coordination, preventative maintenance, inspections, and team development.
