Most recently as a Digital Operations Specialist, I perform daily operational functions such as sweep system processes, CDARS processes, and special depository processes including ACH, Wires, Bill pay, account maintenance, RDC, and account analysis. I created and optimized daily procedures and resources used by multiple teams, reducing questions and push back by 30% in the first quarter of conversion based on Service Now ticketing system.

Previously as a Treasury Management Service Specialist III (Lead), I managed client and internal communication, guided the team through problem-solving, and monitored SLAs for new implementations, training, and maintenance requests. I optimized procedures and training through large bank mergers, including MPA renewals for ACH/RDC and quarterly audits for ACH/RDC and token security devices, plus month-end reconciliation and KPI coaching.

I also bring a growth-and-people mindset from sales and leadership roles—exceeding objectives by coaching professionals, translating executive directives into front-line strategies, and training teams to improve customer service quality assurance KPIs. Alongside my operational work, I created and managed a business (Thoughts of Tea Apothecary) using Squarespace and built a POS and tracking workflow to support marketing and sales independently.
