I’m a dedicated, hard working, and focused entry-level professional with a strong customer service skill set and a steady work ethic. I thrive in high-pressure situations and stay responsive to the needs of management, customers, and coworkers.

In my current role at Sempra (San Diego), I process discount CARE program application’s enrollments & unrollments for programs. I handle customer service emails/ phone calls and support smooth program administration, while staying organized and accurate.

I’ve also built a broad customer-focused foundation through roles at Bullnose Tile, Reading Cinemas, Suju’s Café, and Burlington Factory. I managed customer service, loaded/unloaded orders, handled computer returns & transfers, and supported inventory—along with quality control and front-facing service as an usher and barista/cashier.

I’m proficient at PowerPoint and Word, and experienced with SAP and Citrix programs. I’m seeking an entry-level opportunity where I can apply my customer service strengths, reliability, and ability to learn quickly while continuing to grow.
