I’m looking for a customer success role where I can deliver fast, empathetic resolutions, track quality and operational details, and partner with teams to improve the customer experience every day.

I’m a results-driven Customer Success Associate with extensive experience across customer service, food service management, and customer-focused team leadership. I bring a proven record of delivering “5-star customer care” by staying calm under pressure and resolving issues quickly.

In prior roles, I supported operations end-to-end—handling cash and customer escalations, maintaining quality controls, and working with tools like POS systems, scanners, and CRM workflows. I’ve also managed inventory-related responsibilities such as cycle counts, variance research, and generating replenishment reports using RF scanning and reporting processes.

My work has included food safety and regulatory compliance (including USDA/state/district requirements), along with KPI tracking, scheduling support, and operational reporting. I’m seeking a customer success role where I can combine responsive service, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving to help customers succeed.
