In my Client Relations & Partnerships Coordinator role at Auralise Media, I’ve served as the primary point of contact for creator and brand clients, managing relationships end-to-end across time zones via Zoom and email. I reset expectation gaps by actively listening to the root of dissatisfaction, communicating current status and progress, and aligning teams on practical next steps. I also support creators with tailored, actionable guidance for social media growth, and I negotiate sensitive contract discussions—finding mutually beneficial solutions such as tiered pricing for extended usage rights when deals could otherwise fall apart.

Before that, as a Marketing & Client Coordinator intern with Custom Media, I maintained editorial client relationships across diverse industries and cultures. I handled discreet international outreach and collaboration negotiations, ensuring every interaction felt personalised—from first contact through to long-term paid collaboration. I drafted empathetic client-facing communications, including follow-ups, proposals, and status updates.

Earlier in my career, I built strong high-touch service fundamentals in luxury retail at Pierre Marcolini, where I supported an international clientele with patience, grace, and cross-cultural communication. I also contributed to community and onboarding as a People & Events Team Member with AIESEC Belgium, coordinating logistics and communications for multicultural teams while maintaining clarity and warmth. With an MSc in Business Administration at KU Leuven, I bring a grounded understanding of how socialisation shapes hybrid work, newcomers’ integration, and team cohesion.
