What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an AI-focused role where I can train and evaluate speech/vision data (MOS, SxS, image quality), apply my quality-first mindset, and keep growing deeper into AI with a collaborative team.

I’m a result-oriented professional with over 6 years across Sales, Hospitality, and International Trade, and I’ve now transitioned into AI. As an AI Training Specialist (Speech & Vision), I conduct Speech Evaluation through MOS ratings for Vietnamese AI voices—assessing Hanoi pronunciation, pace, intonation, and nativeness—while ensuring regional accuracy using Native Northern Vietnamese expertise.

I also improve model outputs through Voice Comparison with Side-by-Side (SxS) audio comparisons to identify superior speech synthesis outputs, and I raise dataset quality through Image Assessment by selecting the highest-quality AI-generated images based on aesthetic and logical criteria. Earlier in my career, I delivered results through Key Account Sales Executive work (negotiation, long-term partnerships, and customer satisfaction) and Import & Export Specialist roles where I managed end-to-end import processes with 100% on-time delivery, compliance coordination, and cold-chain requirements—skills I bring to careful, quality-driven AI training.
