I’m a Business Management graduate who’s built hands-on experience supporting machine learning workflows through precise data annotation, transcription, and evaluation. I’m dedicated to helping intelligent systems stay culturally relevant, linguistically accurate, and user-focused.

As an AI Trainer on the Outlier Platform, I contribute through detailed language processing and accurate labeling, consistently ranking as a top contributor. I maintain high daily task completion rates while protecting quality standards across training activities.

On the Welocalize Platform, I work as an Ads Rater (Localization-Based), evaluating search engine ads for relevance and cultural alignment in the Vietnamese market. I provide detailed feedback to improve ad targeting and user experience, ensuring content appropriateness, linguistic accuracy, and localization compliance.

Earlier, I supported AI and machine learning projects as a Transcriber on the Appen Platform, transcribing and labeling audio data with attention to consistency and guideline compliance. Alongside this, I’ve developed strong cross-functional skills through roles in sales/logistics, teaching support, and personal brand operations, and I’m a co-author of an international conference paper on green hotel decision-making in Vietnam.
