What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to deliver digital transformation and banking solutions, translate complex requirements into practical products, and collaborate with stakeholders, data teams, and delivery teams.

I'm currently delivering task-management solutions at FPT Software using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, including Copilot-enabled task creation, summaries, and smart suggestions. I also support prototypes, estimation, proposals, and client presentations while improving RPA migration processes.

Across LPBank, Public Bank Vietnam, and HTC Holdings Vietnam, I've worked on digital banking initiatives including eKYC and VNeID integration, third-party services, automated permissions, customer segmentation, national population database integration, and core banking areas such as interest rates, general ledger, savings, and treasury.

I turn stakeholder needs into BRDs, SRSs, ERDs, API documentation, user stories, workflows, and test cases. Earlier, I coordinated infrastructure, power, and energy consulting projects and produced market analysis and bidding documentation.
