I'm looking to support a remote U.S.-based team with outreach, sales operations, customer experience, CRM optimization, e-commerce reporting, and sustainable process improvements.

I've supported U.S.-based businesses for over 10 years across remote operations, outreach, sales support, and customer service. As an independent contractor since 2018, I've helped startups and agencies build sustainable systems that generate leads and improve delivery.

For an HVAC company, I created and managed a vendor outreach department that generated 5–10 weekly work orders. At an e-commerce printing company, I generated 20x–25x ROI through outreach, follow-ups, and lead conversion while coordinating orders and client service during peak holiday periods.

I've also helped launch a California-based virtual assistance agency from scratch, building cold-email, LinkedIn, and inbound outreach systems and closing 50% of weekly leads generated.
