Led and managed all ICT systems to support business operations efficiently, reporting directly to the local CEO and regional CFO. Controlled and managed annual Capex and Opex budgets, monitored IT KPIs, and oversaw budgeting processes to enhance technology performance.

Built and managed infrastructure for the office, providing technology stack and development for Webapp & Mobile app. Built and implemented API gateway for applications for DataWarehouse, researched and provided technology stack for metasearch e-commerce, and implemented Cloud Service & Database with Google, Azure, AWS, and On-premise.

Designed and developed custom Content Management Systems (CMS) and built and maintained e-commerce websites using OpenCart and other platforms. Customized and extended core features to meet specific business and user requirements, and conducted debugging, testing, and performance optimization.

Designed and developed embedded controllers for smart home automation systems and engineered and deployed IoT infrastructure for seamless device connectivity and remote control. Implemented integrated security and intercom systems and installed and configured telecom systems.

Completed the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) course, covering key domains such as Security Principles, Incident Response, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery Concepts, Access Control, Network Security, and Security Operations. Scheduled for the International Certification Exam in July 2025.
