I founded and run a natural foods brand working directly with Indonesian cacao and spice farmers, handling product development, sensory evaluation, logistics and customer communication while maintaining the webshop.

I co-founded an e-commerce support agency providing WooCommerce and WordPress maintenance, product listings, SEO work and operational support for small online stores, and have run multiple digital service and dropshipping operations across European markets.

With over 10 years in hospitality/culinary work and 6+ years in online business operations, I bring calmness under pressure, reliability, fast learning and hands-on skills in order processing, supplier coordination, documentation and web operations.
