Thiago Goulart da Fonseca

I am Thiago Goulart da Fonseca, a Brazilian IT professional with a passion for technology and problem-solving. I have a solid foundation in technical support and system administration, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems.

Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Computational Engineering at UFJF - Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, as well as a degree in Systems Analysis and Development at Centro Universitário Estácio de Sá. These academic pursuits have allowed me to deepen my knowledge of software development, database management, and system design.

During my time at T-SYSTEMS, a Mercedes Benz subsidiary, I have gained valuable experience as a Systems Support III. In this role, I am responsible for providing comprehensive support to users, both in the office and production environments. I handle tasks such as machine troubleshooting, formatting, and homologation, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Prior to my current position, I worked as a BackOffice Assistant at IS-TECH, where I gained experience in software installation, equipment relocations, and user support. Additionally, I have completed an internship at the Juiz de Fora City Hall, where I assisted the Maintenance Supervisor in issuing work orders, cleaning and troubleshooting computers, and ensuring compliance with the city's standards.
