What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level IT role with hands-on hardware and systems responsibilities, collaborative culture, mentoring, and growth into systems, network, security, or cloud engineering.

I am an IT support technician with hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing hardware, installing and optimizing Windows and Linux systems, and restoring system security after malware incidents.

I am currently pursuing a Bacharelado em Sistema de Informação at Centro Universitário Estácio (Janeiro 2024 – Setembro 2027), with coursework in Desenvolvimento de Software, Infraestrutura e Redes, Banco de Dados, Segurança da Informação e Computação em Nuvem.

As Técnico de Suporte de TI (Autônomo) (Março 2020 – abril 2021), I performed diagnóstico e manutenção de hardware, upgrades de componentes (HD/SSD, memória RAM, fontes), formatação e particionamento de discos (NTFS, ext4), e instalação/configuração/otimização de sistemas operacionais e softwares; I also handled remoção de malware, adware e vírus.

I thrive on practical troubleshooting, continuous learning, and applying infrastructure, security and cloud concepts; I am eager to contribute reliable, hands-on support while expanding into systems administration or cloud and security roles.
