I’m skilled in email, live chat, and phone support, with knowledge of CRM platforms including Zendesk. I use strong communication to understand issues quickly and guide customers to resolution.

My goal is to support customers efficiently using the right tools—Zendesk, CRM workflows, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace—so they feel heard and helped from first contact to final outcome.
