I'm looking for a hands-on hospitality or F&B role where I can build reliable operations, lead and train teams, strengthen supplier relationships, and help grow a café or food venture profitably.

I've grown Dessert Ballet Café from a startup into a sustainable, high-turnover coffee and bakery business, owning hiring, training, staff decisions, supplier relationships, and daily operations.

My path runs from line cook and senior barista to café manager and street-food co-founder. At Kitchen Kobuleti / Kitchen on the Wave, I helped launch a tech-driven food venture from a $300 investment funded entirely through reinvested profit.
