I’m a Quality Manager who turns customer and patient needs into clear, accurate, customer-facing technical documentation. I translate real pain points into high-quality communications while ensuring strong comprehension and adherence to company style guidelines.

I pioneer and improve documentation processes, delegating tasks to strengthen team output and consistency. I also advocate for patients with low health and technological literacy through patient-centered design and creative testing of healthcare software.

At work, I manage and coordinate team-wide testing and development, collaborating closely with clinicians and subject matter experts to create and maintain out-of-the-box content. I develop standards for recommended software builds, keeping quality aligned with real clinical and user needs.

Beyond healthcare, I’ve built tools and accessibility-focused content as an intern, including editing testimonies into English to support researchers and educators. I also strengthen my communication through design and media roles, creating social content and performing copy edits according to AP and publication style guides.
