I’m a Quality Manager at Epic, where I build and execute testing strategies to validate electronic health record software’s functionality, usability, and performance across web and mobile platforms.

I lead cross-functional work with software developers, product managers, and UX designers to define requirements and identify quality risks, then integrate automated testing into deployment processes for continuous delivery.

I also create and manage technical documentation for test plans, issue tracking, and customer-facing communications for hospital system analysts and clinicians, keeping it clear and usable.

Earlier, I supported student advising at Boston University by coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate reporting data in Microsoft Excel. I’ve also written SEO-optimized articles for Her Campus and used AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to improve research, drafting, and workflow efficiency.
