I’m looking to lead end-to-end procurement and operational improvement—negotiating commercial agreements, strengthening supplier partnerships, and using data-driven analysis to deliver efficiency, accountability, and reliable continuity of supply.

I’m a results-driven Operations, Commercial and Procurement professional with multidisciplinary experience across the mining and healthcare sectors. I lead operational improvement initiatives, negotiate commercial agreements, strengthen supplier partnerships, and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and business performance.

In my current role as a Procurement Specialist, I manage end-to-end procurement—from supplier sourcing and vendor evaluation to RFQs, bid analysis, purchase orders, and contract administration. I work closely with operational teams to reduce operational risk, maintain continuity of supply, and support procurement planning and spend analysis.

Earlier, I led multidisciplinary operational projects as a Program Manager and managed laboratory operations and quality systems as a Senior Lab Manager and Laboratory Manager/Quality Officer. Across roles, I’ve built trusted stakeholder relationships, coached cross-functional teams, and delivered measurable outcomes—such as improving turnaround time by 50% and supporting budgets totaling approximately ZMW 60 million.
